About Me

​

I’m Catherine. I was born in the UK but have called Australia home since I was nine, which means I like to think I have the best of both worlds. I’m a Leo, which probably explains my energy, drive, and love of a challenge. As a Manifesting Generator, I’m happiest when I’m bringing big ideas to life and juggling multiple projects at once.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two, a wife, a dog lover, and someone who’s equally at home enjoying a day at the beach or a cosy movie night. That same nurturing, compassionate energy flows through everything I do, both at home and in my business. Helping others succeed isn’t just part of my job. It’s who I am.

Before starting my own business, I spent 15 years in high-level support roles across financial planning and real estate, including positions as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Manager. I’ve built and managed teams, created systems and processes, overseen marketing, and ensured everything behind the scenes ran seamlessly so business owners could focus on growth. My time working at the head office of one of Australia’s biggest banks sharpened my communication skills and strengthened my natural problem-solving abilities, both of which I use daily with my clients.

Two years ago, I launched Virtually Together, and since then I’ve had the privilege of supporting over 35 businesses across Australia and New Zealand in industries ranging from coaching to psychology, human resources, real estate, and marketing. My work combines high-level strategy with practical, hands-on support, helping business owners identify bottlenecks, streamline operations, and create the structure they need to reach their next level.

What sets me apart is my commitment to truly understanding each business I work with. Whether it’s a large corporation, a growing team, or a solo founder, I ask lots of questions as how the business is operating now,  so I can create solutions that actually work for them. I’m a strategist, a problem solver, and I get it done and I don’t stop until we get it right.

I’m grateful every day for the inspiring clients I work with and the trust they place in me. Two years in, my passion for helping businesses run better, smarter, and with more ease has only grown stronger and I can’t wait to see where the next chapter takes us.
